Pour 1/2 cup of raw black moss into 2 1/2 medium hot spring water. Stir for a few minutes. then pour contents into a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Pour blended contents into a mason jar and refrigerate. Add a table spoon scoop to your smoothies, soups, baking, etc.
